📑 Inspection and Testing Plans – ITP

A clearly established Inspection and Testing Plan helps define what needs to be inspected, when inspection activities should take place and which checks or tests are required during the project. ISI INT inspectors provide industrial services according to Inspection and Testing Plans issued by Principals. 

When requested by Customers, an ITP may also be drawn up by ISI itself, taking into consideration the abilities and possibilities of the designated Suppliers. This approach allows inspection activities to follow the actual requirements of the project instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all inspection schedule. 

Pressure Tests and Non-Destructive Examinations

Industrial inspection may require attendance during important testing and verification activities. ISI inspectors can provide witnessing of pressure tests, helping Customers receive relevant information from this important stage of the inspection process. 

Services also include supervision of the execution of Non-Destructive Examinations (NDE) according to the requirements defined for the assignment. These inspection activities provide Principals and Customers with information they can use to monitor project progress and respond to identified issues at the appropriate time.

Packing, Marking, Documentation and Shipment Inspection

The inspection process does not necessarily end when manufacturing is completed. Proper preparation for transportation is another important stage, particularly when valuable industrial equipment, components or other shipments are involved.

We can check packing and marking as well as the relevant documentation and evaluate the efficiency of transport preparation for valuable shipments.
